Design Features
More Uniform Doping: The efficiency of thulium-doped fiber largely depends on doping uniformity, and high doping uniformity helps achieve high-efficiency conversion.
Higher Doping Concentration: Higher absorption is beneficial for achieving high gain in a shorter length, helping to prevent reabsorption effects and realize high-efficiency conversion.
Higher Birefringence: By designing the position of boron rods and increasing their concentration, a high polarization extinction ratio of the thulium-doped fiber is achieved.
