RECRUITMENT

R&D Engineer Educational Background：Master's degree Related Majors：optics, physics, optoelectronics and other related majors: 1. Comply with all relevant regulations and work standards related to R&D projects.
2. Develop project implementation plans based on project schedules and oversee the operational procedures of specific processes.
3. Collect and organize process parameters and test data. Submit progress reports and propose process improvement plans based on project objectives.
4. Organize R&D technical personnel to conduct process optimization activities.
5. Responsible for compiling and organizing patent application materials for new processes or products.
6. Work with relevant department heads to resolve technical and quality issues during the R&D process.

Process Engineer Educational Background：Bachelor's degree or above Related Majors：majors related to materials, machinery, electronic communication, energy and power, etc.: 1. Responsible for product process adjustment and improvement;
2. Responsible for the development of optical fiber transfer production-related processes and product specifications;
3. Responsible for the skills training of production line technicians;
4. Responsible for the resolution and improvement of production line equipment issues;
5. Responsible for improving product yield and performance.

Account Manager Educational Background：Bachelor's degree or above Related Majors：major in science and engineering: 1. Accompliced monthly, quarterly, and annual sales tasks according to leadership arrangements, and establish effective customer targets;
2. Responsible for daily maintenance and customer visits of regional clients, developing new clients, consolidating existing markets, and actively exploring new markets; Regularly submit corresponding analysis reports and summaries;
3. Analyze the market situation, understand the trends of competitors, and provide feedback on the collection of information;
4. Responsible for customers, resolving their demands, providing excellent customer service (pre-sales and after-sales), organizing, summarizing and submitting various forms and related customer information for improvement;
5. Understand the application and promotion of developing new products;
6. Responsible for accounts receivable of regional customers and achieving payment targets.

Production Technician Educational Background：Associate degree or above Related Majors：major in science and engineering.: 1. Strictly follow the work instructions and process standards to complete the assigned production tasks and maintain accurate production records.
2. Inspect, maintain, and properly use the production equipment and tools in use, ensuring their proper maintenance to maintain stable production operations.
3. Accurately complete all relevant records during the production process, ensuring the timeliness, standardization, and completeness of the recorded data.
4. Report any abnormal situations during the work process promptly;
5. Strictly adhere to the cleanroom management regulations and ensure the high-standard implementation of 5S standards on-site.

Quality Engineer Educational Background：Bachelor's degree or above Related Majors：major in materials, optoelectronics, or metrology

1. Participating in the internal review and standardization of project process documents and tracking quality issues that arise during product development, incoming material inspection, product delivery, and customer use.
2. Organize quality improvement activities for company products using various quality tools to identify, analyze, resolve, and close abnormal issues. Assist relevant departments in optimizing product quality to ensure that planned projects meet standards.
3. Responsible for or involved in the development and design of testing plans for raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products, Calibrate and maintain related testing equipment or systems.
